According to Zhou Yan, vice president of Beijing Institute of Industrial Technology introduced in 2017, the school was named "Belt and Road" national talent training base, training base was officially launched on December 18. The first CNMC employees in Zambia passed the study of electricity, clamps, vehicles, welding, CNC and network technology as well as Chinese culture and Chinese occupation standards. Training is part of the "Going Global" project of vocational education by the Ministry of Education and the "Belt and Road" national talent training base project in Beijing. It is also part of the school's staff education program in Zambia. In the next 3 years, the base will receive 150 personnel from CNMC overseas enterprises for training.
